**Note: online registration will close on Monday January 7th at noon and you will no longer be able to register online, however you will be able to pay at the door (will incur a late fee).

Fee payable at the door, no refund/cancellation policy applies in the event of non-attendance by the licensee.

This course is approved by The Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) to provide 2 CE contact hours. Registered Nurses earn 2 hours approved by the Texas Nurses Association.
